Well, it’s been over a month since my last post, and A LOT has happened. So here’s an update on what’s been happening in my life, and what is going to happen soon.

First of all, I’m finally legal! I had my 18th birthday last month and it was enjoyable. I also graduated from Hempstead High School in Dubuque, Iowa and I am now preparing for college at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah this fall. I applied for the Graphic Design track in the Visual Arts major back in February and, unfortunately, did not get accepted. But it’s a very competitive field and they only accept 20 students per year. So, I’ll just keep my hopes up and apply again next year!

Now for the biggest news… My family and I just moved from our home in Dubuque, Iowa to Ogden Utah. I’ve gotten my office set up for work (minus a few boxes that still need to be unpacked) and I am continuing to work in this new area. I am currently finishing up with about 4 or 5 clients, but still looking for more! There will be some new pieces appearing in my portfolio soon! I also have a cell phone number that I can be contacted at now. The number is 801.644.5772. So, of course, if you know anyone in need of any graphic design service, have them contact me!
