My name is Eric Thayne. I am a young freelance graphic/web designer based in Utah. I enjoy designing and developing artwork on a variety of different mediums including web, print, logo/identity, and more.

BACKGROUND

I’ve been interested in art for as long as I can remember. In 2004, I took a dive into the world of graphic design, and have been swimming in it ever since. The name ‘A Minor’ was originally referencing the musical chord. I started a simple design business, A Minor Designs, on Myspace.com selling logos, CD covers, t-shirts, and other miscellaneous items to musical bands. After a few months, I moved my business to a more professional market, and early 2005 saw the first version of A Minor Studios.

I am currently working full time as a freelance graphic designer. I have recently graduated high school and will be attending Brigham Young University this fall to study Graphic Design.
